How much does shipping cost?

For specific shipping prices, please add the item(s) to your cart and head to the checkout. From here, you'll be able to preview the shipping cost based on your location and the weight of the items you've selected.  

What forms of payment do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover (US only), Apple Pay, PayPal, Venmo, and boops, pats, & treats

Estimated shipping delivery times:

USA: 5­-8 business days
Canada: 5-10 business days
World: 10-20 business days

Your order will be sent out on average within 3 days of ordering. Note: Certain items may ship separately, and therefore may not arrive at the same time.

These estimates are meant to be used as a general guide. Occasionally, international orders get delayed at customs, which is out of our control :( We also cannot be held responsible for orders that have been sent to the wrong address due to inaccurate shipping info, so please take the time to ensure that you have the correct shipping address inputted!

Note on International shipping:

International shipments may incur customs fees. The customs policy is different for each country, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size. We do not take responsibility for customs fees.

Order never arrived: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you need assistance locating your package, please contact the carrier directly with the tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation email (if available). If the address was incorrect, we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, however, it will have to be at your cost. If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at, making sure you quote your order number.

Return policy

All sales are final. We do not currently offer refunds since items are made to order. Please refer to size guides on each product page, and if you have any questions regarding the size, quality, color or more, please send us an email at before purchasing!

While we try our best to capture the true nature of our products, the colors displayed online may not exactly reflect the colors of your item. The appearance may also differ across various screens and devices.

However, we are more than happy to exchange your item(s) if there is a notable problem or flaw. And the last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If an order arrives damaged, please get in touch with a photo of the item and your packing slip within a week’s time.
